Every piece we make is one of a kind. Here’s how we handle returns, refunds and anything that doesn’t arrive the way it should.
Due to the custom and personalized nature of our products, all sales are final and returns are not accepted. Each piece is made to order based on your specific design, text, logo, or personalization — which means it is uniquely crafted just for you and cannot be resold.
We take great pride in the quality of our work. If your order arrives with an engraving error — such as misspelled text, the wrong design, or an engraving that does not match the proof we sent you — we will make it right. In these cases, we will either remake the item at no charge or issue a full refund.
If you receive your order and are not completely happy with how it turned out, we want to hear from you. You can submit a refund request below and our team will personally review your case. We’ll work with you to find a solution — whether that’s a remake, a partial refund, or a full refund.
Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the product so we can review it as quickly as possible.
If your item arrives damaged during shipping, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the damage. We will replace the item or issue a full refund.

Absolutely! You can upload your own logo, artwork, image, or design file during the ordering process. We accept PNG, SVG, PDF, AI, and EPS files. For the best results, we recommend high-resolution files.
We primarily use natural acacia wood, which is known for its rich tones, beautiful grain patterns, and durability. Each piece is unique — no two items are exactly alike due to the natural variations in the wood.
Most orders are engraved and shipped within 3-5 business days. Shipping times vary depending on your location, but most domestic orders arrive within 5-7 business days after shipping. If you need a rush order, please contact us and we’ll do our best to accommodate.
Yes! We email a digital design proof to you within 24 hours of receiving your order. We won’t begin engraving until you’ve reviewed and approved the proof, so you can request any changes before we start.
